Delaware City Schools Nutrition Services department recognizes the critical link between nutrition and learning. We support learning by promoting and serving healthier meals and snacks that meet the new federal nutrition standards. All schools offer breakfast and lunch everyday. Our team of food and nutrition professionals offer a variety of menu choices which includes fresh fruits and vegetables, proteins, whole grains and low-fat options to satisfy hungry students. All foods and beverages sold or served in our cafeterias meet state and federal requirements which are based on the USDA Dietary Guidelines.
